Gym Reimbursement - Fit Choices

75 or 125 wellness points

When you enroll in the Fit Choices program and exercise at least eight times per month, up to $20 of your monthly membership dues will be reimbursed to you plus you can earn up to 125 wellness points.

How it Works

Earning Points

When you exercise at least eight times a month for six months between October 1, 2016, and July 31, 2017 (the months don't have to be consecutive), you can earn 75 wellness points. When you exercise at least 12 times a month during the same time period, you can earn 125 wellness points. You will earn the wellness points after you have been reimbursed a total of six months.

Your gym will track your visits and  and send a verification to Medica, the provider of Fit Choices. Your reimbursement will show up as a credit of up to $20 for your monthly dues, or will be deposited directly into your checking or savings account (depending on your fitness center). Your reimbursement will generally take around 60 days to process. Please talk to your fitness center for more information on how they will reimburse your fees.

Spouse Eligibility

If your spouse is covered by the UPlan, he or she is also eligible to receive up to $20 monthly reimbursement for visiting a participating fitness center at least eight times per month. They can also earn wellness points using the same rules stated above.
