It’s no secret that stress can play a negative role in our health. To make managing stress easier, Boynton Health is offering short sessions for University employees to check in on major stress factors. Unlike typical counseling session that are open-ended, Stress Management coaching sessions are very focused and will help you hone in on 1 or 2 key stressors in the your life with the goal of developing life skills to manage those stressors. 

How to Sign Up

To sign up for a Stress Management session with Boynton Health, you can call (612) 625-3222. Boynton asks that you fill out a short pre-visit form before your first session. You can also find out more information on Boynton's website about Stress Management Coaching and other types of face-to-face coaching.

Earn Wellness Points

If you complete a minimum of three Stress Management sessions by August 31, 2017, you will earn 150 wellness points. Because of the way files are handled, please allow up to eight weeks for your wellness points to reflect in your StayWell Online profile. You can complete up to five sessions each program year if you find it necessary, but you won't earn any more wellness points past completing three sessions.
