Balancing Work and Family and Adjusting to Minnesota
Moving to a different city and starting a new job can be exciting, but also very stressful. The Employee Assistance Program provides free professional consultation and referral services for University employees and their family members who are experiencing work and personal difficulties. The Wellness Program offers support for faculty and staff in managing their work, family, and personal responsibilities.
