Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, professional consultation and referral services to address any personal or work concern that may be affecting your wellbeing, from mental and chemical health to family or workplace conflict. You do not need to enroll to receive this benefit. At the University, the Employee Assistance Program is provided by Sand Creek, an AllOne Health Company.

This benefit does not require enrollment. Employees and their families get six free confidential counseling sessions a year. The University provides this benefit through LSS Financial Counseling.
