Discover Wellbeing Campaign

The wellbeing communications campaign sheds a light on one component of wellbeing every two months to encourage employees to take advantage of the many programs the University has to offer. Topics covered in the campaign include health, relationships, security, purpose, community, and environment. The campaign is designed to build a culture of wellbeing at the University and help employees lead healthy, happy, and fulfilled lives.

The Wellness Program

The Wellness Program rewards UPlan-eligible employees for participating in programs to improve their health. Employees earn points for activities that result in lower UPlan rates for the coming year.
