  • Fidelity Webinars. Take charge of saving for retirement with help from these free webinars from Fidelity, the official provider of voluntary retirement savings accounts to University employees. To register for the webinars, register on  Fidelity's "Appointment Scheduler" webpage by selecting “Attend a learning event,” then typing “University of Minnesota” as the Employer and “Virtual Event” as Event Type. Each webinar earns 200 Wellbeing Points! 
    • Top Things to Do Before You Retire, Thursday, December 9, from noon to 12:45 p.m. Wish you had a to-do list to help you prepare for retirement? Find out how to get your financial house in order and discover other important considerations that can impact your financial decisions.

Center for Spirituality & Healing Events

SKY Campus Happiness Retreat

The SKY Campus Happiness Retreat is a nationally acclaimed total wellbeing and resilience training tailored for the University of Minnesota. Participants gain foundational stress-management and resilience skills, develop a personal evidence-based meditative breathwork practice, and develop social connection and community building. Research shows that SKY can help participants get 3x deeper sleep per night, reduce stress and anxiety, and boost the immune system.

Health Benefits Workshop

This workshop is for employees who are interested in learning more about their benefit options—medical, dental, pre-tax flexible spending accounts, life insurance, and disability benefits—and would like assistance before completing their enrollment online. This workshop complements the New Employee Welcome by providing detailed benefits information. New employees should plan to attend the earliest session following their start date at the University. Please register in advance.
