Weight Watchers offers you motivational support for weight loss and maintenance in a supportive group setting. The weekly meetings are led by a facilitator who has successfully completed the Weight Watchers program.

Weight Watchers currently has meetings available on the following campuses:

Reimbursement and Wellbeing Points

As a UPlan member, you and your covered spouse are eligible to be reimbursed $90 when you go to at least 14 meetings within a four-month period. Since you can be reimbursed twice for completing Weight Watchers in a year, the maximum amount you can be reimbursed in a year is $180. You can also earn 200 wellbeing points if you’re reimbursed before August 31, 2018. 

Get started

  1. Sign up with the Weight Watchers Monthly Pass system using your UPlan member access information:
    • University of Minnesota "Company ID”: 52902
    • University of Minnesota “Company passcode”: WW52902
  2. Attend 14 meetings over a four-month period of time to be eligible for reimbursement. It’s important to know that your credit or debit card will automatically be charged each month unless you cancel your Weight Watchers account. You can call 866-204-2885 to cancel your account.
  3. Once you complete your 14 meetings over four months, your reimbursement will automatically process through your payroll. Please allow up to six weeks for that reimbursement to process.
