A biometric health screening is a fast and easy way learn more about your health and earn 150 wellness points. To earn your points, take the screening by August 31, 2017.

The screenings are scheduled throughout the year on all campuses through Boynton Health, but you may also schedule one at your doctor's office or at the University of Minnesota-Duluth's QuickCare Clinic.

The screening will tell you your:

  • weight
  • blood pressure
  • cholesterol levels
  • blood sugar
  • body composition
  • body mass index

Boynton Health (All Campuses)

Boynton Health schedules screenings at their clinics and on all University campuses at many times throughout the year. Check Boynton's screening schedules for more information.

When you get a biometric health screening through Boynton, your test results will be sent to your StayWell Online profile and will show up 6-8 weeks after your appointment.

Please know that no one at the University will ever have access to your personal health information.

Screenings at Your Doctor’s Office

You can get a biometric health screening through your personal doctor’s office. To earn wellness points for doing so, you should send in your screening results to StayWell using the Biometric Health Screening Provider Form (pdf). Regular medical exams and health screenings are considered preventive care and generally their cost will be covered by the UPlan.

Duluth WellCare Clinic Screenings

You can also schedule a biometric health screening at the Duluth WellCare Clinic. 

When you get a biometric health screening through the WellCare Clinic, your test results will be sent directly to your StayWell Online profile. Please know that no one at the University will ever have access to your personal health information.
